Twins | Las Vegas Baby Photographer | Purest Light Photography

I had so much fun snuggling with these twins during their newborn session. They were absolutely AMAZING and they slept better than some singleton babies I have photographed. I absolutely love photographing twins! Double the cuddles and it is so much fun to see how similar or different they turn out.  Baby girl has the sweetest dainty features and the most gorgeous long eyelashes. And baby boy had the best head of hair and he kept smirking at me during their session. You can totally tell they are related.

They have this special bond both inside the womb and out. When I would pose them together they instantly relaxed and settled right in. They just wanted to touch each other, it was the sweetest thing.  As I was calming them between set up I realized that the two of them together weighed less that my son Otto at birth! These two cuties together weighed 10 lbs 1 oz and my chunker was 10 and a half lbs. That is a whole lot of baby!

Twins

So many good things come in pairs,

Like ears and socks and panda bears.

But best of all are sets of twins,

with extra laughter, double grins.

There’s so much fun in having two

with twice as many points of view.

So much alike, forever linked,

and yet they’re also quite distinct.

They share a birthday and a name,

But moods and tempers aren’t the same.

Although at times they may dispute,

their loyalty is absolute.

For days of youth till life is done,

it;s one for both and both for one.

We’re all quite novel and precise,

But special folks –

God made twice.
